Filmed Entertainment

The Filmed Entertainment division acquires and exploits filmed entertainment rights across all media (theatrical, DVD, TV and digital). It operates in Canada through Seville Pictures, Paradox and Koch Canada. In the UK it recently acquired Contender Entertainment Group, in Europe through RCV Entertainment BV and in the USA it distributes content through Koch Vision and Koch Lorber.

Music

The Music division produces and releases music from established artists and exploits its catalogue assets across both physical and digital formats through Koch Records in the USA. It is the largest independent record label in the US.

Distribution

The Distribution division owns distribution channels to retailers in territories and media where it can capture additional margin and improve delivery of products to consumers.

In Canada Entertainment One is the largest distributor of home entertainment products and through Koch Entertainment it is the largest independent music distributor in the USA with an estimated 2.7% market share.
